Information you provide
When you enquire, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, postcode or property location, property details, service preferences, schedule and message. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
How information is used
We use enquiry details to respond, assess your requirements, prepare a quotation and arrange services you request. Email notifications may be delivered through our email provider. If you contact us using WhatsApp, that service processes information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell enquiry information.
Where information is processed
Service providers may process information outside the UK, subject to their applicable contractual arrangements and safeguards. See Netlify’s privacy notice and the relevant email or messaging provider’s notice for more detail.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, follow up and meet relevant business or legal requirements. Information no longer needed should be deleted securely. Contact us to ask about information held about your enquiry.
